Hi, I’m Brittany! As a first-year massage therapy student, I’m beyond excited to start my practicum. My passion for helping others and promoting relaxation, combined with my solid foundation in therapeutic techniques, fuels my drive to learn and grow. I’m eager to dive in, refine my skills, and embrace the challenges and opportunities this experience will offer. Having worked in childcare for the past six years, I deeply understand the importance of self-care for mental and physical well-being to be the best version of yourself. I hope to provide that level of care and support through my work.

My name is Sydney! I think that every person requires a distinct strategy for taking care of their health. As a Health Practicioner, I want to help my clients by educating them, giving them the tools they need to listen to their bodies, adopt healthy routines, make long-lasting lifestyle changes, and address the underlying causes of their imbalances. I think that regular health improvements have the ability to renew our lives. Looking at the potential causes of imbalances can alter how I develop a unique approach for each and every one of my clients.

Hello, my name is Debi. I am sure many of you will recognize me as I have lived in Grimshaw my entire life. I have been interested in Reflexology for many years. The time was right to act on the interests, and I received my Foot Reflexology Certificate in April of 2024. Reflexology is based on the theory that all areas of the body correspond with and can be mapped onto areas of the hands and feet. Reflexology can be a natural, low-cost option to offsetting the effects of stress and overall health. I look forward to meeting new clients and joining in your health journey.
